WHAT THIS IS: one system for growing an AI product with creators and organic distribution. Eight parts in the order the work happens: find the creators your users already watch, brief them, produce videos that show the product working, test hooks, distribute every video, then track which posts bring signups and paying users.

WHO IT'S FOR: founders, growth and marketing leads at AI products, AI apps and SaaS with an AI core.

HOW TO USE IT: each part has the idea, a ready prompt for Claude, a template to fill in and a short worked example. The examples use an imaginary product ("an AI meeting notes app") so you can see the output. Swap in your own data.

THE RULE: Claude does the research, the drafts and the math. Your team makes the calls. Never let Claude invent numbers, quotes or results: it writes [NEEDS INPUT: what] instead.

01 CREATOR NETWORK

The idea: your future users already watch someone every day. Find those creators first, then the right audience comes with them.

PROMPT 01. Here is our Product Context and a list of creators [paste names, channels, follower counts, average views, audience notes]. Score each creator 1-5 on: audience fit with our users, average views (not followers), engagement, how naturally our product fits their content, brand safety. Group them into tiers: test now, test later, skip. For each "test now" creator write one line on the video idea that fits their style.
Creator Channel Avg views Audience fit (1-5) Product fit (1-5) Engagement Tier Video idea

Where to look: creators who review tools, productivity and work creators, niche creators in your users' job (sales, design, students, founders), and your own power users who already post about you.

Worked example (illustrative): for an AI meeting notes app, "test now" goes to 3 productivity creators, 2 sales trainers and 1 founder who already posts about remote work. Video idea for the sales trainer: "I stopped taking notes on sales calls. Here's what I do instead."
