On the call you'll receive:

WHAT THIS IS: a ready setup that turns Claude into the person who reviews your store every week. Claude reads your products, orders, stock, checkout and traffic, finds where sales leak, and writes every fix as one change list. You read it and approve.

WHO IT'S FOR: founders, eCom managers, CMOs and growth leads at DTC brands and online stores of any size.

HOW TO USE IT: do the setup once (30 minutes). Run the One Prompt every Monday. When you want to go deeper on one area, run that leak check (L01-L12). Track every approved change in T05 so you know what worked.

1. SETUP

Step 1. Get your store data out

Claude can only find leaks in data it can see. Two ways to give it access:

Option A, connected. If your store platform, analytics or email tool has a Claude connector or MCP server, connect it in Claude and give it read access. Start read-only. Claude suggests changes, a person makes them.

Option B, exports. Export these files every week. Every store platform and analytics tool can export them as CSV:

File What's in it
products.csv Product, variant, price, compare-at price, status
inventory.csv Product, variant, stock, days of stock left, restock date
orders.csv Order date, products, order value, discount code, country, device
sessions.csv Page or product, sessions, add to cart, checkout started, purchases
checkout.csv Checkout step, sessions in, sessions out
traffic.csv Source, sessions, orders, revenue
returns.csv Product, reason, count
reviews.csv Product, rating, review text
email.csv Flow or campaign, sent, clicks, orders, revenue

You don't need all of them on day one. Start with products, inventory, orders and sessions.

Step 2. One folder

store-data/
  /weekly this week's exports, named 2026-11-09-orders.csv etc.
/history older weeks, moved here every Monday
/pages product page copy, size guides, FAQ
  /reviews reviews and support tickets
/changes approved change lists and their results

Step 3. Claude + XERJ

A year of orders, reviews and weekly exports is too much to paste into one chat. XERJ is a free, open-source search engine and memory for AI agents. It runs locally, indexes your folder, and lets Claude search it instead of loading every file. Claude pulls only what each check needs and cites the file.
