Jump to: Start here. The ten sections. The shared brief. The Collate campaign. Pick the smallest route. First session route. How to use it every week. Who decides what. How this was made.

Start here

  1. Download the main zip and unzip it. Keep the folder name.
  2. Open campaign/10-claims-register.md. It is a finished output for the fictional product, Collate.
  3. Open shared/product-campaign-brief-blank.md and fill the twelve rows for your own product.
  4. Copy the instruction from Role 06, the Claim Boundary Editor, into a Claude chat. Paste your brief and your three feature claims below the last line.
  5. Read the register it returns. Reject any claim that has no evidence. That is your first real result.

How to run the department. Three routes. In Claude Code, run bash tools/install.sh ~/.claude/skills, open a session and name a skill. In claude.ai, run bash tools/package.sh and upload each skill zip under Settings, then Features. By hand, copy any role instruction into a Claude chat and paste the brief below it. Claude prepares, drafts and reviews. Authorised people record, edit, approve and publish.

Before you paste anything. Before using these prompts you should omit any PII (personal identifiable information) and check with your compliance team and/or your AI policy. The example uses approved synthetic demonstration data only.

Downloads. Start with the main zip. It holds all 158 files: 20 role briefs, 20 skill folders, 10 workflows, the shared files, the campaign, the routes, the docs and the tools. The campaign zip holds the 29 Collate campaign files and the four filled shared files, 33 files in all.

Find the questions buyers keep asking

Function 1 of ten: Audience and buying questions. Which questions do buyers keep asking, and which worries sit behind them?

What it does. Two role briefs, two skills and one workflow that answer the question above. Run it when. A new cycle starts or a batch of buyer notes arrives. Inputs. The shared Product and Campaign Brief and the output of the previous function. Output. SKL-01 buyer-question-mining ยท SKL-02 objection-ranking Hands off to. Product and feature research.
