WHAT THIS IS: A breakdown of how Rhino USA built its sales on creator content, based on public reporting (sources at the end), plus a playbook to apply the same system to your DTC brand. The part to study isn't one viral video. It's how customer videos grew into a network of thousands of selling creators, and why the brand is now building a property just to make more content.

WHO IT'S FOR: DTC and Shopify founders, eCom managers and growth leads, especially in categories nobody thinks of as "content".

PART 1 - THE SYSTEM ON ONE PAGE

Layer What Rhino USA did (as reported) What it does for sales
Customer videos Joined TikTok Shop in October 2023; existing customers started posting videos with Rhino products linked to the shop, and sales followed organically Proof that real buyers use the product
Creator network More than 6,000 creators generated sales for the brand in 2025, driving nearly one billion product impressions Reach far beyond the brand's own account
Product demos in the field The CMO says the products are "best demonstrated out on the field" Shows the product working, not just looking good
Live selling Tested in-house streams and agency partnerships; described by the CMO as "incremental" next to short-form video and affiliates An extra layer, not the engine
Content campus RhinoWorld: a 182-acre property outside Austin, Texas, with 22,000 sq ft of facilities including 8,000 sq ft for live commerce production, proving grounds and trails; full opening not before 2027 More content, filmed where the product is used

The results reported: more than eight figures in revenue on TikTok Shop, the top seller in the platform's automotive and motorcycle category according to Charm.io, and overall annual revenue in the nine figures with fourfold growth over three years (company figures).

The pattern: customers prove the product → creators multiply the proof → field demos make it believable → the shop turns attention into orders → more content gets made because it sells.

PART 2 - START WITH CUSTOMER VIDEOS

What happened: before any big creator program, customers were already filming the product in use. The CMO said that within days on the platform the brand was "organically selling thousands of dollars of product".

Apply it to your brand

Step What you do Done when
Find them Search for videos customers already posted with your product A list with links
Ask permission Ask to reuse or link their videos; offer product or a small fee Written permission
Make it easy Give buyers a simple prompt after purchase: "show us how you use it" Prompt in the post-purchase email or insert
Link to the shop Every reused video points to the exact product page or shop listing Tracked links or codes
PART 2 - Customer videos.
From my product, my reviews and the customer videos I found [paste], list the 10 strongest customer moments to reuse (what they show, why it convinces), write a short permission request, and a post-purchase prompt that asks buyers to film how they use the product.

PART 3 - GROW IT INTO A CREATOR NETWORK

What happened: the brand scaled from customer videos to more than 6,000 creators generating sales in one year. Public reporting doesn't give the program's commission rates or terms; the steps below are our recommended way to build a network like this.

Step What you do Done when
Open the doors Turn on affiliate selling in your shop and set a commission Live offer creators can join
Seed product Send product to creators who match your buyers Weekly seeding list
Brief lightly One page: the product moment to show, the buyer question to answer Brief template
Reward sellers Higher commission or bonuses for creators who sell, not just post Tiered rules written
Repeat Re-seed the creators whose videos sell A "keep" list every month
