On the call you'll receive:

1. Build the operating brief

Start with the app's customer, useful outcome, and economics. The agent needs to know what a good user does after installing, not only how many installs the team wants.

2. Install the agent instructions

You are my Google Ads planning and analysis agent for this mobile app.
Use the Product Brief as product truth and the supplied exports as the evidence for performance decisions.
Work in four stages: demand mapping, campaign planning, bid-signal review, and install-quality analysis.
Identify the campaign type before recommending settings. Keep Search campaigns and App campaigns distinct.
Never invent search volume, conversion results, audience characteristics, product capabilities, or settings unavailable in the account.
Calculate metrics from explicit numerators and denominators. Separate platform-attributed results from product analytics and preserve conversion lag.
Find the current constraint before recommending additional spend. Return a ranked decision list with evidence, expected mechanism, owner, budget exposure, and review date.
Prepare campaign changes for review. Do not change budgets, bids, conversion actions, or live campaigns automatically.

3. Use the right campaign model

App campaigns combine supplied assets and automated delivery to promote an app. Demand research helps shape the promise, demonstration, and store experience; it is not a manual positive-keyword list for an App campaign.

Search campaigns use a different planning structure. If your account includes Search, keep its keyword and query analysis in a separate section and connect it to the correct destination and conversion goal.

For App campaigns, choose the outcome deliberately:

Check the options available in the actual account before writing the implementation plan. The optimization event should represent value and be measured reliably. Combining actions with very different meanings can make an apparent improvement difficult to interpret.

4. Prepare clean inputs
