On the call you'll receive:
Source → Adapt → Distribute → Learn. A creator network is useful when each participant contributes an audience-relevant interpretation, not when identical clips are spammed across accounts. This is a proposed operating system; the unnamed studio outcomes in the post are not independently verified here.
GOAL: Establish a trusted master and its permission boundary.
ACTION: Record ownership, creator consent, permitted platforms, editing rights, music rights and expiry. Capture the approved product claim and its evidence. Assign master_id and version. Separate organic posting rights from paid usage; do not assume one includes the other.
TOOL: Rights ledger and shared asset folder.
OUTPUT: Licensed master package, proof list and prohibited edits.
COMMON MISTAKE: Downloading a successful clip and assuming distribution rights are included.
GOAL: Give adaptations a reason to exist.
ACTION: Identify five distinct contexts from actual audience evidence. For a twenty-five-creator pilot, assign five creators to each context. Start smaller if budget or review capacity requires it. Keep the underlying product claim stable; vary opening, explanation or demonstration to suit the audience.
TOOL: Context matrix: audience, problem, source evidence, proposed entry point, master segment and creator fit.
OUTPUT: A set of hypotheses rather than arbitrary crops.
COMMON MISTAKE: Counting subtitle colors as different customer reasons.
Illustrative contexts for a puzzle game: a five-minute break, a difficult one-move challenge, a surprising failure, a progression moment and a discovery tip. Validate each against the actual game; these are examples, not researched audience findings.
GOAL: Preserve product truth while giving creators useful freedom.
ACTION: Assign one context and one intended next action. Require the original asset reference, approved proof, disclosure and tracking link. Let the creator develop an honest introduction or commentary; do not invent a personal experience or copy another creator's identity.
