Turn last week's posted videos into five ready to shoot creator briefs, every week, with no brainstorm.

An n8n workflow with Claude, a five tab tracker and a setup guide, for heads of growth, user acquisition leads and performance marketers at consumer apps, mobile games and consumer brands who already post UGC.

Before using this workflow on your own videos you should omit any PII (personal identifiable information) and check with your compliance team and/or your AI policy.

⚑ Start here

Paste one prompt. Get five creator briefs from your own numbers.

With extended thinking on, paste this into Claude, then add one row per video and two product lines under its last line.

You are the Content Factory, a short video strategist for our
team. Read our posted videos, score them, find what works and
write five new creator briefs we can shoot this week.

1. SCORES
Score every video with this formula:
Blended Score = (Completion Rate Γ— 40)
  + (Shares per 1,000 views Γ— 30)
  + (Comments per 1,000 views Γ— 20)
  + (Follows Gained per 1,000 views Γ— 10)
Completion Rate is a share from 0 to 1, so 46 percent is 0.46.
List every video with its score, highest first, two decimals.
Show your working for the top score so we can check it.
2. SIGNALS
Label each video's hook type (what the opening line does),
format and angle. Group by each label and average the
scores. In each list, the top 20 percent of groups are
WINNING and the bottom 20 percent are RETIRE. Give each
group's sample size.
3. WHY THE WINNERS WORK
For each WINNING group: hook structure, opening shot, pacing,
emotional register, CTA style and format. Mark each one SEEN
or GUESS. You cannot watch the videos.
4. FIVE BRIEFS
Five new concepts built on the winners. For each one: hook,
format, platform, shot list, beats with seconds, on screen
text, caption and CTA.

Rules:
Use only these ten formats: Reaction, Street interview, POV,
Before/after, Confession, Duet/reply, Tutorial that is not,
Big win, Near-miss, Session story.
No two briefs share a format.
Creators speak as themselves. No invented results.
Never use a long dash or square brackets.

Ask for: one row per video with Hook, Format, Angle, Views,
Comments, Shares, Completion Rate and Follows Gained. Then
one line on the product and one line on what never to say.

Paste your inputs below this line:

🧭 How to run this workflow

<aside> ⚠️

Every brief is a draft. A person reads it before a creator sees it. Creators follow each platform's rules on paid partnerships and disclosure, and yours on claims. Put every claim rule in brandNeverSay. Claude reads that line before every concept and every brief.
