The objection-to-content operating loop

The strongest creator briefs often already exist inside support tickets, reviews, sales calls, and DMs. This template turns that language into testable creator directions without forcing creators to read a rigid script.

1. Build the objection inventory

Export the last 60–90 days of customer language from support, reviews, pre-purchase chats, sales calls, and social comments. Keep the customer's original wording. Remove personal data and tag each item by funnel stage.

Use these six buckets:

Do not summarize too early. “Customers worry about fit” is weaker than “Will this work for curly hair in humid weather?”

2. Prioritize the top ten

Score each objection from 1–5 on four dimensions:

Dimension Question
Frequency How often does this objection appear?
Purchase impact How likely is it to block a purchase?
Proof availability Can a creator demonstrate the answer credibly?
Creative range Can multiple creators answer it in meaningfully different ways?

Priority score = Frequency + Purchase impact + Proof availability + Creative range.

Start with objections scoring 15 or higher. Keep regulated claims out until legal or compliance has approved the evidence and wording.
