How to turn one product insight into 30 genuinely different creator hooks—not 30 rewrites of the same sentence.

The problem

Most AI hook generation starts with one line and asks the model to produce variations. The wording changes, but the selling idea stays the same. You get a spreadsheet full of synonyms instead of new creative territory.

A better workflow expands the strategic inputs before it writes any copy. It changes who the hook is for, what they care about, what they already believe, what tension opens the story and what a creator can actually show on camera.

Start with one product insight

Write the insight as a simple cause-and-effect statement:

For [customer], [product behavior or feature] creates [meaningful outcome] because [reason].

Example:

For people who abandon language apps, live AI conversations make practice easier to repeat because every session feels different.

Do not begin with a slogan. Begin with something observable and specific enough to generate tension.

Step 1: Build five audience tensions

The same product matters for different reasons. List five tensions around the insight:

  1. Pain: what is frustrating right now?
  2. Desire: what result do they want?
  3. Objection: why might they reject the product?
  4. Identity: what does using or avoiding it say about them?
  5. Trade-off: what do they think they must sacrifice?

The goal is not five demographics. It is five different reasons to pay attention.
