An importable n8n workflow that runs your creator roster end to end: shortlist, brief, track, check, tag and log payment. It comes with the Google Sheet that acts as the system of record and a setup guide that gets it live.

Built for teams already running UGC creators at volume who are managing them through DMs, inboxes and half-finished spreadsheets.

Who this is for

UA leads, growth managers and creative producers who already have creator volume and have run out of ways to hold it in their head.

The symptom is always the same. Briefs live in one person's sent folder. Deadlines live in that person's memory. Nobody can say, without opening four tabs, who has been briefed, what has landed, what is late, what still needs a revision and who is owed money. Creator ops becomes one person's full-time admin job, and creator volume stops scaling at exactly the point the media buying wants more of it.

This is the operational layer underneath that. One live roster board and six automated steps that move a creator from shortlisted to paid without anyone chasing. It manages the ops around your creators — it does not replace them, undercut their rate, or touch what they get paid. It complements paid: more usable creative moving through the system, at the pace paid social actually consumes it, which is what pulls blended CAC and CPM down.

Where it takes you: from one person drowning in creator admin, to one person running a full roster on autopilot.

What is in the download

File What it is What you do with it
ugc-creator-ops-workflow.json The n8n workflow. 44 nodes in six bands, one per module. Import it into n8n: Workflows → Import from File.
creator-ops-roster.xlsx The system of record. All three tabs in one Excel file. Upload to Drive, open with Google Sheets, name it Creator Ops Roster.
creator-roster.csv The Creator Roster tab on its own — the live board. Import as a tab if you would rather build the sheet one tab at a time.
brief-library.csv The Brief Library tab on its own — pillars, format specs, deadlines, rate card. Import as a tab, then replace the sample rows with your own pillars and rates.
payments.csv The Payments tab on its own. Import as a tab. Module 06 fills it from there.
setup-guide.pdf Import steps, credentials, customization and a node-by-node reference table. Read it alongside the install checklist below.
ugc-creator-ops-workflow.zip The grab-everything option: all six files above, in one download. Take this if you just want the lot in one click.

Every one of these files is attached individually at the foot of this page, next to the zip. No signup, no gate. Each module section below names the file it lives in and the tab and columns it touches.

The system of record

One Google Sheet. Three tabs. Every module reads from and writes to it, so the sheet is always the current truth about the roster — you never have to ask anyone for a status.
