Seven Claude 4.7 prompts that chain into the UGC pipeline we ran for mobile studios over the last 12 months — hook engineering, script foundation, variation engine, competitor mining, creator outreach, humanizer, performance reporter. Internal observation across the studios we worked with: 180M+ organic views and 1.2M+ attributed installs at flat paid budgets.

Why this exists

Mobile paid UA is structurally getting worse. CPMs climb, CTRs decay, creative half-life compresses to under a week in mature markets. Every additional dollar into the auction earns less, and the bidder pool keeps growing.

UGC is the structural exploit — organic distribution prices reach at a fraction of paid CPM, and the inventory expands faster than creators can fill it. But the operational problem with UGC at scale is the same one every studio hits: production throughput.

A team that ships 5 scripts a week can't out-iterate the algorithm. A team that ships 50 can. The bottleneck is brief writing, hook variation, creator outreach, performance analysis — all the human-time-intensive work that sits between a campaign concept and a creator's posted clip.

Claude 4.7 collapses that bottleneck. The seven prompts below are the working components of the pipeline we run for mobile studios. Used in isolation they produce decent UGC briefs. Chained together they produce a content engine that ships 50+ scripts per week against measurable install signal.

This prompts pack is the system — verbatim prompts, the pipeline that chains them, the anti-patterns that kill the math.

The pipeline (8 stages)

The prompts run in this order. Each stage's output feeds the next.

  1. Competitor Hook Miner (Prompt 4) → surfaces winning angles competitors are running + dead patterns to avoid
  2. Hook Engineer (Prompt 1) → generates 15 hook variations on the chosen angle
  3. Script Foundation (Prompt 2) → expands winning hooks into 30-45 second scripts with HOOK / PROVE / AMPLIFY / CLOSE beats
  4. Humanizer (Prompt 6) → strips AI-tells from scripts so they read as native creator speech
  5. Creator Outreach Generator (Prompt 5) → drafts personalized cold DMs to vetted creators with 3-message follow-up sequence
  6. (Production — creators film and ship)
  7. Performance Reporter (Prompt 7) → weekly executive read mapping views to installs + scale/kill/test recommendations
  8. Variation Engine (Prompt 3) → keeps winning hooks alive past the 5-day fatigue floor with orthogonal variations
