An objection-to-angle pipeline with creator briefs, outcome tracking and a 30-day test plan. Prepared for Polina Shirochkova's September 29 post. Use purchases as the outcome for a web store; measure installs only when there is an actual app.

What you will build

A source-backed objection library, fifteen proposed creative angles, a reviewable creator brief and a measurement board. The process is Mine → Cluster → Brief → Test. It does not assume that a customer quote proves a product claim or that any particular growth result is guaranteed.

Step 1. Mine evidence without inventing customers

GOAL: Capture the actual uncertainty before purchase.

ACTION: Sample permitted reviews, support tickets, questions and comments. Record the exact relevant passage, source ID, date and context. Remove unnecessary personal identifiers from shared materials. Distinguish buyers, prospective buyers and unknown users. Deduplicate copied reviews and repeated tickets from one person.

TOOL: Evidence sheet.

OUTPUT: An auditable set of observations.

COMMON MISTAKE: Rewriting every complaint into a marketing-friendly version and losing the original meaning.

Step 2. Cluster by buying barrier

GOAL: Separate the barrier from the surface topic.

ACTION: Group observations into performance uncertainty, usage friction, fit, cost/value or trust only where the evidence supports it. Keep contradictory views. Record source diversity and frequency separately; many tickets from one incident are not many independent customer needs.

TOOL: Cluster board and product-claim register.

OUTPUT: A short prioritized list with evidence IDs and proof availability.

COMMON MISTAKE: Choosing the loudest concern even when content cannot honestly resolve it.

Score each proposed angle from 0–2 on relevance, independent supporting evidence, demonstrable proof, creator fit and production feasibility. This is an internal prioritization heuristic, not a predictive conversion model. Any unsupported product claim blocks the angle regardless of total score.

Step 3. Turn five supported objections into fifteen angles

GOAL: Explore presentation without manufacturing new facts.
