A six-division AI operating system for iGaming affiliate marketing: Research, Create, Place, Verify, Measure and Improve, built from named Claude agents, reusable skills and copy-paste prompts, with every spend and compliance decision routed through a human approval gate.

The core principle: insight only moves in one direction, and money only moves after a named human says so.
Research finds the opportunity. Create turns it into an asset. Place puts it in market. Verify checks it before and after launch. Measure reports what happened. Improve decides what changes next, and feeds that decision back into Research for the following cycle.
Every division hands off a structured output, not a vague update, and every handoff that touches spend, a compliance claim or a live account stops at a human approval gate first.

UGC Ninja is a content creation and large-scale organic distribution agency. We work with B2C brands across mobile games, apps and iGaming, almost always alongside significant paid spend rather than in place of it. This resource treats content production as a repeatable production line rather than a series of one-off campaigns.
This resource is that production line, written out in full. The iGaming Attention Department splits the work into six divisions: Research, Create, Place, Verify, Measure and Improve. Each division gets two named Claude agents with a complete, copy-paste system prompt, plus the reusable skills and prompts a person on that team would run day to day.
None of this replaces your compliance function, your legal counsel or the person who holds authority over your ad accounts and budgets. It replaces the blank page, the inconsistent brief, the campaign that launches on a hunch, and the tracking nobody checked before spend went live.

This system drafts, screens and reports. It does not hold a gambling licence, does not replace legal or compliance sign-off, and no agent in it should ever be given direct, unsupervised control of ad spend, bidding or a live account. Section 20, "Where This Breaks", sets out the rest of the limitations in detail.

Who this is for: in-house marketing and affiliate teams at operators, performance marketing agencies running campaigns on an operator's behalf, and affiliate publishers managing their own GEO portfolio and creative pipeline.
Assumed knowledge: this resource assumes you already work with GEO targeting, FTDs, CAC, wagering requirements, affiliate tracking and licence regimes day to day. It does not define these terms, and it does not walk through the basics of how affiliate marketing works.
