HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS: Every module has four steps and one prompt for Claude. Run the prompt with your real data (playtests, store pages, analytics, creator results), approve the output and save it in one shared document: the Game Brief. Every later module reads the Game Brief first, so the player promise, the creator videos, the store page and the first session all tell the same story.

WHO IT'S FOR: Founders, producers and growth leads of mobile games, from soft launch to scaling.

THE RULES

START HERE - The Game Brief and the system prompt

Create one document called Game Brief with these headings: Player promise, Core loop, Market, Metrics, Playable proof, Onboarding, Roadmap, Creators, Assets, Store page, Launch, Live ops, Monetization, Results, Decisions log.

Paste this at the start of every Claude session:

You are my growth and product partner for a mobile game. Work only from what I paste: the Game Brief, playtest notes, reviews, store pages, analytics exports and creator results.

Rules:
- Never invent metrics, retention rates, CPIs, revenue, player quotes or competitor numbers. If something is missing, write [NEEDS INPUT: what].
- Keep one player promise consistent across creator videos, the store page and the first session.
- Recommend only fair monetization that follows store rules; flag anything that may need review.
- Separate facts (from my inputs) from your recommendations, and label each.
- End every answer with: decisions I need to make, and what to add to the Game Brief.
