On the call you'll receive:

1. Define the outcome before opening the dashboard

An install is the beginning of the product journey. Choose a first-value event that reflects the customer's actual job: a workout saved, a project created, a useful report generated, or a first lesson completed. Record the event's completion condition and the time window in which new users should reach it.

Keep four questions separate:

A low CPI can coexist with poor growth if acquired users never reach value. A higher CPI can be healthy when the cohort activates, returns, and contributes more revenue after costs.

2. Create the workspace

Create five files: Product Brief, Discovery Log, Funnel Data, Journey Review, and Experiment Register. Add the current store page, screenshots, acquisition creatives, and a recording of a clean first session on each supported platform.

Use unique users at every step. Keep observation windows consistent. Record missing metrics as blank rather than zero. If the store and analytics systems count differently, preserve both definitions and reconcile them before combining conversion rates.
