Supporting files such as registers, trackers, the guide and the checks are counted apart from the 20 and the 10. Jump to: Start here. Build the foundation. Make the first batch. Produce and distribute. Review and repeat. The ten templates. The adoption calendar. The Carrywell campaign. How to use it every week. How this was made.

Start here

  1. Download the zip and unzip it. Keep the folder name.
  2. Open docs/FIRST-SESSION-ROUTE.md. Collect your product documents and number them S1, S2 and so on.
  3. Open workflows/WF-01-product-truth.md. Paste its prompt into Claude, then paste your documents below the last line.
  4. Read every line marked Approved against its source. Fix any number that differs.
  5. Save the result in registers/claims-register.csv. That is your first real result, in under 20 minutes.

How to run it. Manual files and exports are the default. Open any Claude chat. Paste a workflow prompt, add your inputs below its last line, and save the answer as a file in the folder. No tool connection is needed. Claude supports research synthesis, planning, drafting and review. Creators, editors and suitable tools make the final content. A person approves every claim, every rights decision and every publication.

These are documented working processes. They are not deployed automations, and they do not promise sales in thirty days.

Before you paste anything. Before using these prompts you should omit any PII (personal identifiable information) and check with your compliance team and/or your AI policy.
