On the call you'll receive:
If people watch but do not act, start with Chapters 08–12 and the hooks and artifacts audits. If useful assets do not reach the right people, start with Chapters 13–16. If users share but recipients do not activate, start with Chapters 17–19. If the team keeps repeating the same experiments, start with Chapters 20–24.
Use the prompts to complete a defined task, the templates to retain the output, and the workflows to connect work across the team. Run the relevant audit before committing more production or distribution budget.

A share transfers something useful between two people: a solution, a recognizable identity, a surprising result, or an invitation to do something together. Start with the sender and recipient, not the share button. Write why sending the asset helps the sender and why opening it helps the recipient. A useful checklist may save a colleague time; a personal result may communicate taste; a shared plan may require another person's input. Choose one motive for the first test so the asset has a clear job.
Put it to work: Write one sender–recipient sentence and identify the product outcome that could carry it.
Spotify Wrapped makes listening history into a personal story that people can recognize and share. The reusable mechanism is the transformation from private activity into a legible expression of identity. Apply that mechanism to an outcome your product already creates: a completed project, learning milestone, useful plan, or comparison. Give the recipient enough context to understand the result before requiring an account. Put the user's result at the center and the product identity in a supporting position.
Put it to work: Sketch one result card and ask someone unfamiliar with the product what it communicates.
Place the sharing opportunity after a meaningful outcome. Preserve a clear preview, an editable message, and a useful destination. Measure the sequence separately: eligible users, share starts, completed shares where observable, recipient visits, and recipient activation. A low share-start rate suggests weak motivation or placement; a large drop after the click suggests friction or poor destination value. Fix the stage that loses people before adding more prompts to share.
Put it to work: Map the complete share path and test it as both a sender and a new recipient.
A trend matters when it gives your audience a useful way to express a problem or identity. Collect the original posts, comments, dates, and audience context. Separate a recurring customer situation from a temporary sound or editing style. The situation can support a series after the surface trend fades. For each reference, record what the viewer recognizes, what changes during the asset, and why someone would pass it to another person.
