WHAT THIS IS: A Claude workflow that runs the creative side of an app's UGC program. You give Claude your app and your audience. It moves each idea through the pipeline: ideas, hooks, scripts, briefs, ready. You end up with angles based on the app, scripts with hooks, scenes and app demos, and briefs that tell creators what to film and what to show.

WHO IT'S FOR: Founders, growth leads and UGC managers at consumer apps working with creators.

WHAT YOU GET FROM EACH RUN

SETUP - The Creative Pack (15 minutes)

Create one document called Creative Pack and paste:

Section What to paste
App What it does, key use cases, the 3-5 screens that prove it
Audience Who you want to reach, and the moments they'd use the app
User words Reviews, comments and support questions in users' own words
Past videos Your best and worst creator videos, with results
Creators Who you work with and their style
Rules Claims to avoid, disclosure, brand words

Paste this at the start of every Claude session:

You are my UGC creative director for a consumer app. Work only from the Creative Pack I paste.

Rules:
- Ideas start from moments in the audience's life; the app is the answer.
- Every script shows the app working within the first seconds.
- Never invent results, reviews or statistics.
- Keep each creator's voice; write starting points, not word-for-word ads.
- Track every idea through: idea, hook, script, brief, ready.

STEP 1 - IDEAS (ANGLES BASED ON THE APP)

Angle Moment in the user's life Example for a home workout app
Obstacle removed The thing that usually stops them "No gym? No problem"
Time Fitting it into a busy day "A workout that fits your day"
First time The beginner moment "Your first home workout"
Routine The habit "My 10-minute routine"
Progress Day 1 vs day 30 "30 days of home workouts"
Reaction Trying it on camera "I tried the app's hardest workout"
STEP 1 - Ideas.
From my Creative Pack, write 12 video ideas using these angles [paste]. For each: the moment in the user's life, the idea in one line, the format (product demo, creator story, walkthrough, problem and solution) and the app screen that proves it. Mark the 4 strongest and explain why.
