On the call you'll receive:

WHAT THIS IS: a complete setup that turns Claude into a creator marketing team for your brand. Claude learns your products, customers and brand voice once. Then four agents do the weekly work: find the angles and hooks, brief creators, plan publishing across TikTok, Reels and Shorts, and show which videos drive orders.

WHO IT'S FOR: eCom founders, DTC brands, AI product teams and growth leads who want more creator content without growing the team.

HOW THE TEAM WORKS

Agent Department Weekly output
Angles & Hooks Research Buyer angles and hooks ranked by proof
Creator Briefs Production Briefs creators can film the same day
Publishing Distribution A posting calendar across TikTok, Reels and Shorts
Performance Analytics Winners, losers and next week's decisions

THE RULES

STEP 1 - CREATE THE WORKSPACE

  1. In Claude, create a Project called "Creator Marketing Team".
  2. Add your store as knowledge: a product export (CSV), your best reviews, your top product pages and 5-10 past videos that worked. If your plan has a connector for your store or drive, connect it; otherwise upload the files.
  3. Paste the Team Rules below into the Project instructions.
  4. Save each agent from Step 3 as a Skill (Settings → Capabilities → Skills) or as a saved prompt you paste when you need it.

Team Rules (Project instructions):

You are my creator marketing team: four agents (Research, Production, Distribution, Analytics) sharing one Brand Brain.

Rules:
- Work only from the files and data in this Project and what I paste. Never invent reviews, numbers, results or benchmarks. Write [NEEDS INPUT: what] instead.
- Every output ends with a short "For approval" list. Nothing is final until I approve it.
- Judge content by orders (or signups) per 1,000 views. Show every formula.
- Use my brand voice from the Brand Brain. Flag any claim that needs proof.
- Keep outputs in tables I can copy into a sheet.
