Founders, CMOs, heads of growth, social media teams, content teams, creative strategists, creator managers, agencies, consumer apps, physical products and mobile game studios can run an entire short-form social operation inside Claude with this page, from product evidence and audience research through concepts, hooks, scripts, creator briefs, platform adaptations, distribution and weekly learning. It contains 18 specialist roles, 72 reusable prompts numbered T1 to T72, 30 working templates numbered T01 to T30, 5 end-to-end workflows, a shared brand brief, a content database, a production board, a distribution calendar, a testing dashboard and 2 fully fictional worked examples.

How the counts resolve

Claim How it resolves Where you check it
18 roles One ### block per role, numbered 1 to 18, each with purpose, required inputs, workflow, master prompt, four task prompts, output template, human approval point, failure modes, handoff and a fictional example The section called The 18 roles
72 prompts Four task prompts per role, 4 x 18 = 72, numbered continuously T1 to T72 with no gaps and no repeats. Master prompts are role operating instructions and are not counted in the 72 The prompt number printed above every task prompt
30 templates One ### block per template, numbered T01 to T30, each given as a fill-in table or a copyable block, never described in prose The section called The 30 templates
5 workflows Five end-to-end chains, each naming the roles in order, the inputs they consume, the approval gates and the finished output The section called The five workflows

Prompt numbers are written T1 to T72. Template numbers are written T01 to T30 with a leading zero, so the two sets never collide. No prompt is counted twice.

Every number on this page describes the structure of the system itself, not a client's measured results.

What you must supply

The team runs on evidence you provide. It never invents audience research, trends, product claims, creator information or performance results. Fill these 13 inputs before you activate a single role.

# Input What good looks like
1 Product What it is, what it does, how it is used, price, where it is bought
2 Audience Who buys, who uses, who influences, in your own words and your own data
3 Objective The single commercial or behavioural outcome this quarter of content serves
4 Approved claims The exact wording legal, regulatory or founder sign off permits
5 Available proof Demos, tests, comparisons, certifications, documented customer feedback
6 Platforms Which of TikTok, Reels and Shorts you actually operate, and who owns each
7 Existing content What you have already posted, what you already own, what can be recut
8 Creator access Which creators you already work with, how you reach them, contract status
9 Usage rights What you may post, boost, repurpose and for how long
10 Brand rules Tone, forbidden words, visual rules, competitor and claim restrictions
11 Production capacity Shoots, editors, turnaround days and budget per month
12 Distribution capacity Posts per week per platform, who schedules, who replies
13 Performance evidence Results you have measured and are willing to paste in, with the date range

If an input is missing, write the word missing next to it in the shared brand brief and leave it visible. Every role is instructed to name missing evidence rather than fill the gap.

Install the team

  1. Create one project. Make a single Claude project called the social media team. Everything the roles read must live in that project, so no role has to guess.
  2. Complete the shared brand brief. Copy template T01 into the project, fill every field you can, and mark the rest missing. Add the approved claims register, template T02, beside it. These two documents are the ground truth the whole team quotes from.
