For UA leads, heads of growth and performance marketers at B2C apps, mobile games, CPG and legacy brands who brief a creator off a guess and then wait three weeks to find out the angle was wrong: this page builds you an agent that reads your product, your audience and your competitors' live ads in three separate passes, then hands back five creative directions ready to brief.

1. How the agent works

The agent runs in six stages. You drive it. It does not run itself.

Input. You supply three things: your product (name, features, offer, proof), your audience (who buys, what they believe, what they have tried, what they object to), and a list of three to five named competitors plus the platforms you want checked.

Pass 1, Product Scan. The agent reads the product information only. It returns your three to five strongest hook-worthy features, ranked, plus the single clearest proof point and your offer rewritten as a benefit.

Pass 2, Audience Scan. The agent reads the audience information only. It returns what the audience already believes, what they want but have not said out loud, and their top three objections written in their own language.

Pass 3, Competitor Ad Scan. The agent uses web search to look at what your named competitors are actually running. It returns a format by format breakdown per competitor: format name, hook style, CTA style and apparent run length.

Synthesis. The agent takes all three scan outputs together and finds the gaps: the product strength nobody is using, the belief nobody is speaking to, the objection nobody is answering.

Output. Five Creative Direction Briefs in a fixed card format, each one specific enough to send to a creator without a follow-up call.

The sequence matters. Synthesis never runs until all three scans are complete. An angle built on the product alone is a feature list. An angle built on the audience alone is a truism. An angle built on competitor ads alone is a copy of someone else's homework. The value sits in the overlap, and the overlap does not exist until all three passes have run.

2. Setup instructions

One sitting, about fifteen minutes.

  1. Create a new Claude Project. Name it AI Creative Strategist.
  2. Open the Project's custom instructions. Paste the full System Prompt from section 3 into it. Save.
  3. Turn on web search for the Project. Pass 3 does not work without it. If your workspace blocks web search, you can still run Pass 3 by pasting in ad library screenshots or transcripts manually, but the agent will flag the source as user-supplied.
  4. Gather three inputs before your first run. Do not start until you have all three.
