  1. Create a folder per skill (for example 01-app-value-proposition/) and save the block as SKILL.md inside it.
  2. Zip the folder and upload it in Claude under Settings → Capabilities → Skills (on plans where Skills are available).
  3. Claude picks the right skill from its description when your request matches, or you can ask for it by name.

No Skills on your plan? Paste the skill into a Claude Project's instructions or at the start of a chat. It works the same way.

Set it up once: fill the "Context" line in each skill with your product, audience and rules. Every run then starts from the same playbook.
