The 30-Day Organic Install Sprint

A day-by-day plan to stand up an organic install engine in one month — and four tools to run it

This is a calendar, not a theory. Thirty dated days, one concrete action each, that take you from "we post on the brand account and nothing happens" to a working creator engine that ships winners every week.

One honest reframe before Day 1. Thirty days does not buy you 10,000 installs cold. The data on new-account organic ramp is consistent: noticeable install lift starts in months 3–6 for accounts posting steadily, and consistency beats volume — a steady cadence drives roughly 5x the engagement of a burst-then-silence pattern. So this sprint's real deliverable is the machine: by Day 30 you have the angle locked, the creators live, the calendar running, and the tracker proving which clips convert. The 10K/month number is what that machine produces once it compounds — not what the first 30 days hand you. Anyone promising 10K in 30 days from zero is selling a spike, not an engine.

The sprint runs on four tools. Build each on its scheduled day, then run them on repeat.

TOOL 1 — The Angle Picker

Before anyone films, you pick one product moment a stranger understands in 3 seconds — then fan it into 10 angles. Score candidate moments, take the highest, expand it.

The scorecard (rate each candidate product moment 0–2):

MOMENT: [describe the product moment in one line]
3-second legibility — does a stranger get it with sound off? [0/1/2]
surprise — does the result beat what they'd predict? [0/1/2]
  visible change — before/after readable in one frame-pair? [0/1/2]
screenshot value — is one frame worth saving on its own? [0/1/2]
send reflex — would a viewer send it to a specific person? [0/1/2]
  ─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
TOTAL /10 → pick the highest-scoring moment as your sprint angle

The 10-angle fan (take the winning moment, rewrite it 10 ways — one per row):

# angle framing format shape
1 the unexpected-result open number-on-screen POV
2 the before/after silent transformation
3 the "weird use case" nobody expects screen-record, no UI chrome
4 the skeptic/contrarian take "I didn't believe this until…"
5 the send-to-a-friend frame "show this to the person who…"
6 the screenshot/result-card standalone savable frame
7 the day-in-the-life integration app surfaces as a tool, not a pitch
8 the tier-list / comparison your moment vs the old way
9 the "watch me try it live" reaction first-time-use reaction
10 the trend remix (current sound/format) native to this week's trend

One moment, ten doors. You're not testing ten products — you're testing ten ways into the same one.

TOOL 2 — The Creator Map

Each angle goes to creators who already speak to that audience — not random reach. Map angle → audience segment → creators.

angle # | audience segment | creator handle | followers | why-they-fit (1 line)
        | source (application/referral/cold) | lane_assigned | status
--------|-------------------------|----------------|-----------|----------------------
  1 | [segment, e.g. "macro-trackers"] | @... | 18k | already posts food logs
  2 | [segment] | @... | 42k | does before/after content
 ... | ... | ... | ... | ...

Sizing for the sprint: start with 8–15 creators in the first wave spread across your top 3–4 angles (not all 10 — concentrate). Source order that works: application funnel + creator marketplaces for baseline intake, referrals once a few are earning, cold outreach only to seed. Reply rate jumps to 15–25% when the outreach line references a specific post of theirs and frames your product as a natural slot in their existing format.

TOOL 3 — The Content Calendar
