Weekly Cadence Calendar
One full sample week, rotating accounts and formats so nothing cannibalizes another post. Duplicate this database's rows each week and swap in the next format/account pairing.

Platform-Specific Volume Rules
- TikTok — 5–7 posts/week per account. TikTok's algorithm samples every post against a fresh small audience regardless of follower count, so volume directly increases the number of at-bats for something to break out.
- Reels — 3–4 posts/week per account. Instagram's algorithm weighs saves and shares more than raw post count, so Reels rewards fewer, higher-craft posts over volume.
- Shorts — 3–5 posts/week per account. YouTube's algorithm favors consistency and session duration — viewers watching multiple Shorts back to back — over daily volume, so cadence matters more than frequency spikes.
Sequencing Rules
- Every new format is tested on TikTok first, on the Everyday User or Power-User account — TikTok's algorithm returns a performance read (view-to-click ratio) within 24–48 hours, faster than Reels or Shorts.
- A format only moves to Reels or Shorts once it has cleared the Scaling Rules threshold below on TikTok — never launch a new format on Reels/Shorts cold.
- Adaptation isn't a re-post: re-cut the hook and first 3 seconds for the platform (vertical crop, native captions, platform-specific opening pattern) before it goes on Reels or Shorts.
- Exception: Comparison and Testimonial formats can launch directly on Reels — that audience responds better to considered, comparison-style content than TikTok's more impulsive scroll behavior.
Scaling Rules
- Add a new creator account when an existing account sustains a view-to-click ratio above 3% and an install rate above 20% across 3+ consecutive posts — that account has proven the funnel works and is ready to be cloned into a new archetype.
- Increase posting frequency on an existing account by +2 posts/week when its average install rate over the last 10 posts exceeds 25% — more volume on a working account compounds faster than starting a new one.
- Pause and diagnose, don't scale, any account with a view-to-click ratio below 1% for 5+ consecutive posts — that's a content/hook problem, not a volume problem, and posting more will not fix it.
